Sterling silver.  The coin used in this ring is a replica of an antique Japanese coin used in the 1800s called Isshu Gin.  This coin was cast in sterling and bezel set into the twig setting.  The top of the ring measures 7/8” tall and 5/8” wide.  Size 7 1/2.  $240.
